ALINCO Group Global Compliance Policy

Based on the management philosophy of "Contribution to Society," "Development of the Company," and "Growth of Employees," ALINCO Group recognizes the importance of responding to the trust and expectations of all people related to the group while fulfilling our social responsibilities. Therefore, we have established ALINCO Group Global Compliance Policy as a basic policy common to the group.

1. Compliance Structure

To realize compliance, one of our basic management policies, the ALINCO Board of Directors makes decisions on important matters related to compliance.

2. Internal Regulations

(1) Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We comply with all laws and regulations related to our corporate activities, established business practices, social norms necessary to carry out honest and fair corporate activities, including corporate ethics, and our internal regulations.

(2) Respect for Human Rights

We respect the human rights of all people, do not discriminate or undermine the dignity of individuals, and do not encourage such acts.

3. Training

We regularly provide compliance trainings to our officers and employees to improve their awareness of compliance.

4. Audit

ALINCO Audit and Supervisory Committee audits the operations of the ALINCO Group's compliance structure. In addition, we audit the ALINCO Group's compliance practices through the internal audits.

In accordance with this policy, the officers and employees of the ALINCO Group will make utmost efforts to ensure that business activities are conducted in compliance with laws and regulations.
