Japanese scaffolding is stronger

Visually the frames made in Thailand are almost same as ones made in Japan. But there are big differences.
Based on our long experience, scaffold frame need the wall thickness 2.3mm at least. If it is less than that value, the performance of scaffold is considerably reduced.

Those difference is the status of new product. As you know, "easy to bend", "easy to dent" is depend on its wall thickness. Thin tube frames are easy to deform.
The difference of strength will be bigger and bigger by aging.

Main components are certified by actual load test of SCEA as an organization of government.

Main components concerned with safety have to pass the official load tests. Those objects are frames, steel planks, cross braces, adjustable base and so on.
Severe pass lines are set and we must pass those tests every year. Therefore we can figure out the allowable loads for reliability.

Durable : Toughness and Hot dip galvanizing. You can use them for many decades

Most of our products are treated by Hot Dip Galvanizing and are made of hi-quality steel as well. If you keep proper maintenance, you can use them more than
20 years. In fact the rental stock held by ALINCO Japan has been used more than
30 years. They are regarded available more decades.

Initial cost is expensive. But working performance and durability make total cost down in long term

We suppose that Thai scaffolding is cheaper than Japanese one. But our scaffolding is easy to erect and dismantle. Also available for many decades. We believe those matters reduce the scaffolding costs finally. Cheap painted scaffolding is consumption article. Meanwhile our scaffolding is durable property.
